ApexCull

RAW culling that groups every shot by car.

A race weekend produces thousands of RAW frames. ApexCull scores each for sharpness, detects and tracks vehicles with YOLO, and clusters every shot of the same car across the batch using Re-ID embeddings — so a shoot collapses to keepers, grouped by car, in minutes. I designed and built it end to end: the Next.js app, the FastAPI + Celery vision pipeline, and the infrastructure.

Daily Seed

One seed a day. The same run for everyone.

A roguelike where a single daily seed derives the entire run — stages, enemy rosters, and balance are computed deterministically from the date rather than hand-authored, so everyone plays the same run each day. Built solo in Godot and GDScript.

Parametric by default: OpenSCAD for printable parts

The second time you edit a model by hand is the moment it should have been code. How I design 3D-printable parts in OpenSCAD, and why tolerances belong in variables.

Layers, not keys: rethinking a 36-key keymap

A small split keyboard looks impossible until you stop counting keys and start designing layers. How I approach home-row mods, layer-taps, and the jump from QMK to ZMK.
